A weight training app that lets you plan in advance? : Apple watch



Is there an AW weight training app that lets you schedule workouts in advance for a given period of time?

I have a few workouts that I do regularly and I've added them to the Gymbook. However, I am working on an accrual plan, where I will do 3/4/5 sets of weeks, switch reps, etc. I will schedule it in advance for a block of X weeks and have them show up on my watch on appropriate days. Like what TrainingPeaks can do with endurance exercises (after which they appear on the bike computer).

Is there such an app?
