iCal, Notes, Reminders, Mail. All very solid, in fact iCal is still my calendar application because it is easy to use and integrated with Things3 nicely.
Notes have also improved a lot, but still have the design of an old legal block. Reminders are pretty basic, and Mail can be used but missing.
Both Google and Microsoft are improving productivity applications, while Apple seems to fall behind.
I understand that they are basic for ease of use, but anyone looking for a little more, either you have to use the Google / Microsoft options, or buy third-party.
