If you've ever wanted to set custom screen brightness and / or speaker volume levels for individual apps before, this is your lucky day. A recently released jailbreak tweak called Appaze by iOS developer AnthoPak lets you do these things with ease.
As shown in the screenshot examples above, the Appaze Home screen uses native 3D Touch menus to work. When they tap an app icon to reveal the menu, users will find two new additions, including "Set custom brightness" and "Set custom volume" at the top of the list.
If, like me, you use the iPhone as a multi-tool for a variety of things, then you'll appreciate Appaze pretty quickly. You may prefer a higher screen brightness in specific apps than others, such as a GPS navigation app that you will almost always use in your car on a bright sunny day. Likewise, you can prefer almost full volume when using a video player app like YouTube.
Appaze makes customizations like these possible, ensuring the optimal application conditions for the app from the moment you launch the app.
When installing Appaze, you will find a dedicated preference pane in the Settings app where you can configure the fine tuning to your liking:
Here you can : Toggle Appaze on / off on demand
You & # 39; want to reset your device after making changes to Appaze's preference route to make it effective.
If you like what Appaze brings to the table, you can download it for $ 0.99 from the Packix repository at Cydia or Sileo Tweak supports all jailbroken iOS 11 and 12 devices with 3D Touch features, and also plays nicely with dark mode adjustments like Noctis.
