Crunchbase notes that Nat Brown had a primary role in the creation of XML, DHTML and the first Xbox.
Brown was an engineer at Valve Corporation without mentioning being involved in VR, although his LinkedIn profile claims to be an "adviser" to VREAL Brown notes that "VREAL helps VR developers build community, allows streamers to broadcast VR and allows viewers to watch streams from their own full VR perspective. I'm excited to work with Todd and the focused team he builds on what I believe is basic VR technology. "See VREAL on Valve here.
It is unclear whether Brown will continue to work with VR at Apple and he has not yet updated his Linkedin profile, which still describes himself as "VR engineer by the way."
