Apple introduces Fitness +, a new service designed to help you stay healthy

Apple loves its services, and now it has another one – but this is about health and fitness.

There is a directory of videos to choose from, either on Apple Watch or Apple TV. It will send the calculations on your watch and on the screen in front of you while you train. Real-time events will happen to help you stay motivated and in line with how you feel. For example, if your trainer says you want to check your heart rate, this data will first and foremost be visible on your Apple Watch.

When you finish a workout, you will see a nice ending to what you have achieved. You see your closed training rings.

Yoga, cycling, dancing, treadmill walking and running, strength training, core training, HITT, rowing and attentive cool descents are covered in Fitness +. Many of the workouts do not require any equipment, while others require things like manuals. These workouts can be done anywhere, because it starts from your Apple device, like the Apple Watch.

Every week, the training teams will follow new training sessions, over a number of times and instructors. Music is also part of the program, with customers using Apple Music, able to save playlists from their workout.

It is also a beginner’s program that helps those who need it to build better habits, learn movements and more.

All of these Fitness + features are available in the Fitness app of the Apple Watch, along with the Apple TV and iPad.

It costs $ 79.99 per year, or $ 9.99 per month. And it is also available with Family Share. If you buy a new Apple Watch, you get Fitness + for free for three months.
