Apple keyboard replacement program: Apple

So I took the MacBook pro 2016, 13 in touchbar to apple for the keyboard replacement because especially my d and period key would either double tap or not record when I just press it once. So they said it definitely qualifies so they say it will be done within 48 hours. About 36 hours later, I get a call, but not the one I expected. they said there were screws missing inside, so they have to order them. WHERE?!?! How were screws missing when the only time it was taken apart was when it was manufactured? idk how it happened, but they say it will take 3-5 days, their default, to get it done. This was about 4 days ago and I get my laptop back at 7pm on Thursday. the guy who handles me my laptop says it costs $ 1

02 for replacement. I said it was for the replacement program and it should be free. He takes it to his leader, and the leader agrees with me. Payment is declined and I took my MacBook home. I opened it up and I realized that they didn't put the same design back on the keyboard. They replaced it with a new design. I can tell because the 2016 MacBook pros don't have the weird symbols over the control and option keys. In general, I'm pretty happy with the repair, and I hope I don't have to take it back for the same problem.
