My JVC projector supports 4k 60fps, HDR, over an 18gbps connection.
I've been trying to play a video using the apple tv plex app (the server is a Windows PC with Gigabit LAN connection between ATV and server).
But the video pauses and stumps with plex (pro). So I tried VLC, but it also sticks. The video plays well for a few seconds and then stiffer, and at vlc I get the spinning wheel icon. I checked the server and it's like streaming has frozen, there's not much activity on the network or media hard drive.
Finally tried infuse and the file plays perfectly. No stuttering, perfect sound. I prefer to use plex as I already have a license for pro.

What can be wrong with Plex and VLC that they fai I am so bad playing this file? It's not even a big file of modern standards.
