Apple Watch 4 hrv with breath app: AppleWatch



I've read the hrv reading every morning, and I've noticed that I can manipulate tading just by the "depth" of my breath. I tried this today.

I didn't have deep breaths at all and got 60m.

Then I made my breath and got 140m.

So I tried very deep breathing, completely filling my lungs to full capacity and got 200ms

Have you noticed the same thing? What would be the "right way" to measure hrv in the morning?
