It's based on your recent trip. When you start a workout, you can select "calories, distance, time, or open" as your goals if you swipe left or right. The current red is for calories. When you start a workout, you can adjust it with Digital Crown. So if you start an outdoor tour and set it to a target of 20 minutes, the next time you open the training app, it will say "20 minutes" as your goal, but you can change it by using the steps I said above.
