Apple has not yet said exactly when it will make the recently announced iPad Air 4 available for sale, but we know it will be very soon. As soon as, in fact, that we hear that the stock of the tablet is already starting to roll into stores, ready for sale.
It comes via Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, with the Apple follower saying that the new tablets have already started reaching stores “for opening at a later date.”
With that in mind, it looks increasingly likely that they will go on sale in the next few days or weeks.
There have been some suggestions that Apple is making the new iPad Air available until the new iPhones are announced. Both devices are believed to use the same Apple A14 processor.
Apple will announce its new iPhones next week, October 13. At least some of these iPhones are expected to go on sale on October 23, and it’s likely that the new iPad Air will go on sale around the same time as well.
Shipments of new devices have started landing in Apple stores for opening at a later date – most likely iPad Airs will go on sale this month. Too early for iPhones.

The new iPad Air is already quite expensive if there are any indications of leaked reference points. We expect the new iPhones to be just as powerful, and once again catapult Apple’s phones to the top of the performance tree.
