If you use your laundry, you do not have to do one thing. AutoSleep will track sleep and quality and send you a notice in the morning when you unlock iPhone.
Even if you do not have to sleep, AutoSleep can track your time in bed. It is extremely simple.
If you do not have to sleep, just sit on the clock before going to bed. As soon as you touch your iPhone or put Watch on again in the morning, AutoSleep will know you're done sleeping.
A practical day Widget lets you see how your own "batteries" are charged for last night and the previous seven days. Another (completely optional) widget also lets you track the time you've taken to fall asleep.
Like everyone is a little different. AutoSleep provides a simple setup wizard and an option to adjust if you are a very restless sleeper.
If you wear Apple Watch to bed *, AutoSleep will also analyze your sleep quality. Sleeping asleep, restlessness, time wake and heart rate can score the quality of sleep and give you a comprehensive nightly analysis.
