Best iPad Pro Keyboard Case for People on the Go [Reviews]

Add a keyboard to the iPad Pro and it becomes a powerful but extremely portable laptop. So many see the potential for companies to create a variety of keyboard issues. The range of designs gives buyers choice depending on what they want most: portability, protection, price, etc.

We have tested many of them; Here are our choices for the best available.

Please note that some features are self-explanatory. For example, each keyboard on this list is easy to write on – they wouldn't appear here if it wasn't. And none of them disturbs the charging of an Apple Pencil 2.

Apple Smart Keyboard Folio

Many iPad Pro users gravitate toward the Smart Keyboard Folio because it is made by Apple. And it's really about the thinnest and lightest thing possible with a keyboard. It uses smart keyboard contact, while all the others listed here rely on Bluetooth.

The Apple name has plenty of cache, but this is not the best option for everyone. Because it is so slim, the Smart Keyboard Folio provides virtually no protection for your tablet inside. There is also no backlight for the keys and no additional function keys are offered – every other product on this list has both. In addition, this is the most expensive option, with Apple asking $ 199 for the 12.9-inch version.

Buy from: Amazon – $ 189.99

Brydge Pro

Make your iPad Pro a MacBook – kind – with Brydge Pro.

More than any other keyboard case on this list, Brydge Pro does everything to make the iPad Pro a MacBook. It has a clam design, with the tabletop held in clamps which are also hinges. Just about anything missing is the trackpad. As a bonus, a simulated leather cover makes this the best option.

This case offers a reasonable amount of protection, but it is heavy. The version for Apple's last 12.9-inch slate weighs a hefty 1.4 pound. Price is also a consideration, since the larger model is $ 169.99.

Zagg Slim Book Go

Zagg Slim Book Go has a kickstand and contains an Apple Pencil slot.

The Slim Book Go comes in two parts. A case wrapped protective around Apple's tablet and includes a kickstand and a slot to hold the Apple pencil. With only this part, iPad can be used to watch movies or draw on the screen. The keyboard only needs to be attached when writing.

However, this design is difficult to use in the lap. And at 1.8 pounds, it's the heaviest keyboard bag on this list.

Nevertheless, the price is affordable, with Zagg asking $ 129.99 for the version created for the 12.9-inch iPad Pro.

Logitech Slim Folio Pro

Slim design The Folio Pro offers more cushioning for the tablet inside than many competitors. And for $ 129.99 for the 12.9-inch version, it's cheaper than the Apple or Brydge devices on this list.

The keypad alone listed here does not easily detach this iPad Pro model from the keyboard.
