Best motion targeting strategy to be motivated: AppleWatch



Newish (1 mo) see 4 eggs, 5 & 11 ;, 180 lbs, health is losing 20 kg in 4 mo and improving fitness. The current target is at 1000 kcal / day. I am on average about 1650 active energy, which consists of about half of the days around 1000-1300, and half of 2000-2400, depending on weather and work.

The clock will be annoying that I will increase the move, and I am getting close to my time limits on busy days. What has worked for everyone? Set an optimistic goal that you only meet some of the time, or set a lower goal that you meet all the time, or something in between? What keeps you motivated?
