I have a very bad experience with Apple Music trial subs now. I just wrote for Apple Music 3 months trial and to avoid being charged towards the end of the trial, I canceled the subscriptions in the hope that I would continue to enjoy the trial period of three months. To my astonishment, I immediately lost access to Apple Music right after canceling, and after coming to Apple Support, they said no to recover my unused trial, even after talking to a Senior Apple Advisor called Gorna over the phone. Given no *** Apple was willing to help or give me due to an early end to the Apple Music subscription, I recommend others trying to get over to Apple Music from Spotify to stay on Spotify and avoid Apple Music at all costs.
