So I finally started going to the gym again (now with an apple clock) and I’m a bit in a dilemma. I’m not really just doing one thing at the gym, like running or cycling, it’s always like a mix of things. While using “indor run” when I’m on the track, I have no idea what to choose for a training mode that will include all the training I will do that day (or at least close). I noticed that there are the options “high intensity interval training” and “functional strength training”, but I have no idea what the difference is.
* I understand that you can choose individual things like weightlifting and so on, but I can not bother to do it every ten minutes.
