My wife's S4 seems to have a discoloration problem in the middle of the screen, much like a square mark. From google research, it seems the oleophobic coating is wearing out. I took the watch to the Apple store and they didn't want to cover it because it was aesthetic and has no functional issues. I had to argue with the boss that they would agree to send it for repair. Watch came back, and the problem is still there. They didn't do anything. Where do I go from here? It has Apple care, so can I just go for suggestions and pay the deductible? It is very frustrating that they will not repair anything because it is "just" aesthetic.
