The iPhone lock and lock has got minor revisions over the years, but maybe not as many as we want. Fortunately, those with jailbroken phones can get around this night by putting custom locks and unlocking sounds without Apple's approval.
A recently released jailbreak tweak called SoundLock by IOS Developer DevelopApple is now available for free in the BigBoss repository, and allows you to configure custom sounds for a variety of lock and unlock centric actions that you can perform daily on your iPhone or iPad.
When you install SoundLock, you will find a dedicated settings pane in the Settings app:
Here you can:
- Turn on or off sound lock off on request
- Configure a lock sound of your choice
- Configure an unlockable audio of your choice
- Configure a password key, select sound of your choice

The developer gives a Respring button at the bottom of the first preference panel to save your changes to the plane even easier.
If you're ready to get your hands dirty with the handset's audio adaptations, SoundLock is a great place to start. Tweak is readily available for free from the BigBoss Cydia and Sileo repository, and supports all jailbroken iOS 10, 11 and 12 units.
