Yesterday I decided to cheat my watch. I went to the beach and didn't want to reveal the bell to salt and sand, but also didn't want to ruin my attempt at a perfect week.
Then I filled in my workouts (swimming and beach ball) afterwards that filled my activity and training circles, but not the triple circle. This annoyed me, so I googled how to fill the rack circuit afterwards, and I found that the best way is to make a 12 hour workout that I did (because I'm an idiot).
OF COURSE my watch gave me a personal record medal for 723 training minutes that I can never break so I decided to delete the training. I continued to delete the training, but not the data, so I still have this stupid medal and 723 minutes, but the training that responds to those minutes is gone, so I can't delete the minutes.
And yes, I've definitely learned my lesson.
