1. Hard reset Apple Watch

2. Remove the Apple Watch protective case

Do you use a protective case that covers the entire back of the Apple Watch? If so, please remove it. There should be no obstruction between the back of the watch and the charging socket.

If you have not peeled off the plastic foil from both sides of the magnetic Apple Watch charger, you can do so.

In addition, make sure that dirt does not cause interference. To clean the back of the watch and charger, use a soft, dry cloth and slowly wipe the surfaces.

3. Try another Apple Watch charger

Before we go for full deletion, it makes sense to check some basics.

    • Be sure to use the original charger and plug provided with the Apple Watch.
    • Inspect the cable for physical damage.
    • The problem may be with the charger. Consider using an extra charger to further secure.
    • Make sure the USB is properly connected to the AC adapter or computer.

4. Delete Apple Watch and set it up again

Apple Watch will not charge even though you follow the above solutions and recommendations?

In that case, let’s completely delete the Apple Watch and set it up again. This removes everything on your watch, including any custom settings.

To delete Apple Watch, tap the Digital Crown to see all the apps. From here, press Settings appikon. Press GeneralReset.
