Everlog, Dogether, Overflow and other apps to check out this weekend

Apps of the week

For this week’s episode of the Apps of the Week summary, we have a very minimal journaling app, a shared list app, and an app for recording reactions to current events. And as always, we have selected two great new games for you to check out.

Everlog

It’s been a while since we mentioned a new journal app on the collection, so here we are. Everlog is actually a sharp note app that pretends to be a journal app. It’s very basic with only a handful of features, but they say that the best diary / journal app is the one you actually want to use, so why not try this one?

Dogether

Every time I read the name, I giggle. Dogether. Either way, it’s a shared list app that lets you collaborate with friends, families or even co-workers. You can create and edit tasks and projects, and invite others to participate in your projects with add / edit rights. Works for grocery lists, bucket lists and group planning.

Overflow – Reaction Videos

Overflow is the easiest way to record and share a video response on anything online. Automatically combines two screenshots into one to show what you are browsing or playing, along with your reaction to it. Then you can quickly share your video to TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram Stories, iMessage and more.

Ordesa

Are you looking for something different this weekend? Take a look at Ordesa. They call it a “unique sensory experience.” It’s really an interactive movie where you help the characters solve a haunted mystery. Tilt the device to move around the scenes, enjoy the enchanting original soundtrack, and let the story take you away.
