What are you trying to achieve? Are you trying to get better at running or just want to go for a walk? I ask seriously as this is how I went from barely driving a mile to running a half marathon. I built up to the Galloway method by starting driving a few minutes and walking a few minutes. I extended my driving times and shortened my trips.
IMO, these were all "races" so I could understand my improvement at the average pace.
My $ 0.02 is if you just want to go, use the Walk activity. If you are going to run at all, use the Run activity to track your progress.
