Last year, Google has completely reviewed Google Fit with an attractive update. It has been a great experience so far on Android, and as of April 24, it now goes to iOS.
The iOS app tracks your activity in two main categories – Heart Points and Move Minutes, like Google Fit on Android. Heart Points are earned for intensive workouts and Move Minutes settle all day long as you continue to move.
Your activity is synced with the Google Fit app, whether you're using a Wear OS smartwatch or Apple Watch. Similarly, Google says you can connect Google Fit to Apple Health, Nike Run Club, Sleep Cycle and more.
To check it yourself, the Google Fit iOS app is available for download for free now.
