I've searched for Reddit, but I couldn't find the answer I was looking for, hence the question. I hope someone can give some advice.
I normally play badminton and squash along with lifting weights. After coming to the Apple Ecosystem I would like to be able to track my training details and have statistics similar to what some of my friends get with Garmin Fenix 5. They appear to have a whole host of health and tracking information available.
However, in addition to this, I am very keen to know more about my health as an ECG and heart monitoring.
Is there anyone here who has used Garmin watches and has the moss for the Apple Watch and can give any idea of how AW stacks up against the stats offered in GF5, please?
