We use a Numbers spreadsheet in shared environment among 4 primary users. The spreadsheet logs incoming quotes and changes status from quote / production / delivery (20 columns).
The new category feature is a big improvement as we can now see jobs grouped in their primary status.
Question: Once grouped, how can I perform grouped view? I can not add the shared sheet in group format because other users are still adding new listings. We would like to show in categories, send out the daily still image, return to our basic Input view of spreadsheets.
