As noted by the people over at MacRumors, Apple has introduced a new feature in its latest WatchOS 7, which allows Apple Watch users to fully customize their activity goals, including the ability to set daily standing hours and training minutes.
Previously, Apple Watch users did not have the ability to change stand-hours or training minutes, with Apple requiring at least 12 stand-hours and at least 30 minutes of training to complete an activity goal.
But now users have the option to set the training goal to as little as 1
Follow these steps to change the goals of Apple Watch Activity on WatchOS 7:
Go to the Activity app on your Apple Watch
Scroll down to the “Change goal” option
Here you can set your new goals for movement, training and standing.
That’s it. Enjoy!
