How to choose an apple clock completely for training tracking? : Apple watch



I have gained dangerous amounts of weight during lockdowns, and I help myself get started with physical exercises. The Apple Watch seems to be a great companion for training tracking. I’m already used to the ecosystem, so I guess the Apple Watch is a natural choice, but I only need a device for training tracking. I hate receiving alerts on my wrist all the time. So if you know of exercise bands that can measure heart rate, calories lost, etc. Without the sophisticated smartwatch features, can you let me know the same thing?

Do you come to apple bells, which will be a good choice? I do not intend to use any apps like ad messaging or pictures on it .. maybe I download some podcasts on the watch to listen to them while I exercise. Also, I do not intend to get a mobile version .. I think the GPS variant will be sufficient for my needs. What do you think? Thanks
