In addition to high heart rate reports, Apple has recently introduced low heart rate reports on Apple Watch that begin with Series 4. While low heart rate in general is good, it can also be a sign of other medical conditions.

- Fire the app Watch on iPhone. Scroll down to Heart .
- Touch Make Heart Rate and choose when Apple Watch is going to alert you (40, 45, or 50 bpm). The same goes for High heart rate select between 1
It's nice to hear that Apple is trying to take Apple Watch to the next level in terms of health. Together with heart rate reports, the company is also planning to release an ECG / ECG app in a future software update that allows you to take an ECG by placing your finger on Digital Crown for 30 seconds.
It will be interesting to see how Apple takes Apple Watch next to its ongoing health work.
