Prominent haptic on Apple Watch is quite self explanatory. It will give you a much more noticeable vibration on your wrist. For some users, standard vibration patterns are hard to notice, and with older versions of watchOS you could change the vibration strength.

How to enable prominent haptics on Apple Watch
- On Apple Watch, open the app Settings .
- Scroll down to Sounds and Haptics and tap it.
- Scroll down until you see HAPTIKK section. There will be two options: Standard and Prominent . Point to Prominent .
To be ready, prominent haptics will simply make a longer haptic just before standard haptic vibration. Some of Apple Watch's vibrations can be short and fast and with haptic, it will add a lot of vibration before, so you do not miss it.
