How to see the exact time a video was created?

After importing videos taken on iPhone, how do I see the exact time the video was created? I took some videos of problems with my dog and I have to log it as it progresses. I thought I could sort it in the Photos app after import, but I can not see any other way than the day. I dragged the videos to a new folder outside the Photos app, but the creation date shows the date it was copied to that folder. Some of the videos are close to each other the same day, and I want to draw the day, timestamp. I thought it was an EXIF viewer of CMD + I, but just copy the date. I also thought it was an episode you did about pulling metadata with the sorting automator, but I could not find it and my automation skills are weak. Hope this makes some sense of what I̵
