Requirements for replacement of Apple Arcade players
As with all new features, you must first make sure that your devices have the required requirements. We list them for you below along with instructions for detailed help if you need it.
You need to upgrade your Apple TV to tvOS 14 or later. Follow our guide for help updating your Apple TV software.
Be sure all users are configured and logged in on Apple TV. If you have not yet done so, check out our review to set up more users on Apple TV.

How to switch Apple Arcade users on Apple TV
If you meet the above requirements, it is very easy to switch between users.
1) Open Apple Arcade on Apple TV.
2) Press and hold Home on the Siri or Apple TV Remote to open the Control Center.
3) Swipe up with the touchpad of the users at the top of the sidebar and select the user you will.
Then you see the user being changed on Apple TV along with Apple Arcade welcoming the other user.
