How to turn off / start Apple Watch
Sometimes, some small errors can be corrected just by turning off the device. In the daily use of your watch, you may need to turn it off sometimes just to give it some rest.
Step # 2. The relaxation menu appears on the screen. There are three options –
Turn off: to turn off the clock.
Medical ID: To view your medical information.
Emergency Department SOS: To make an emergency call.
You must turn the slider off to the right to turn off the clock.
Step 3. To restart the watch, simply press the side button until you see the Apple logo.
How to hard reset / restart your Apple Watch
Sometimes you need to reset Apple Watch to fix miscellaneous errors. However, you should only use it from the last resort if you are unable to restart the clock.
When you reset, it forces the Apple Watch to boot. Even if it does not delete the information on your device, nor does it reset the clock to factory settings.
Simply press and hold both side buttons and Digital Crown simultaneously until the Apple log appears on the screen.
