How to remove Apple Watch and iPhone using Apple Watch App

How to remove Apple Watch without iPhone
Unpairing Apple Look straight from the Settings app, or disable Activation Lock, and it does not create automatic backup. As long as the activation lock is activated, a new user cannot configure the clock. Therefore, you must switch to iCloud.com on your computer to disable it.
Step # 1. Open the app on Apple Watch → General → Reset.
Step # 2. Press Delete All Content and Settings . Then enter your password (if enabled) and press Continue to confirm.
Step # 3. When the recovery process is complete, switch to iCloud.com on your computer and disable Activation Lock.
You must sign in with your Apple ID and password.
Click Settings and select Apple Watch under My Devices.
Step # 4. Click X next to your clock to remove it. You must click Remove to confirm.
