From what I understand, your resting heart rate does not count while you sleep. My problem is that I use my Apple watch for bed, but not for sleep tracking, only on a regular basis. I’m worried it still thinks I’m awake and measuring my heart rate, which gives me a lower heart rate than it actually is, can anyone witness this? For accuracy, should I not use my bedtime bed unless I do sleep tracking if I want an accurate resting heart rate measurement?
