If Apple Music had crossfade on the mobile app, I would switch in an instant: AppleMusic



If you do not know what crossfade is, it is basically when the end of the song you are listening to runs over to the song you are going to listen to. I guess it’s like a gapless play, except it starts earlier.

The only reason I’m still on Spotify is that the mobile version has cross fading. This is not a big issue for most people, but for me it is one of the most crucial features that a music streaming service can have. Apple Music has crossfade on the desktop app, but not mobile, which does not make sense. Spotify, Deezer, Tidal all have it, and they are smaller companies than Apple. I like everything about Apple Music: from the lyrics to the user interface, but crossfade keeps me on Spotify for now. Really hope Apple adds it soon, especially considering they̵
