Incorrect calorie tracking during Walking Session: AppleWatch

I use Apple Watch Series 4 to track my exercise activity and use the Apple Watch FITIVE Pulse app to track workouts and my heart rate during the workout. All my activities are synchronized with LoseIt! App to help me track my calorie count and measure my weight loss goals.

Yesterday I went on a 40 minute run and I clicked on the "Walking GPS" training on my FITIV Pulse to record my trip as a workout. When I finished, my movement activity ring recorded over 73,000 calories! Obviously, it was a glitch and I entered the FITIV Pulse app to delete that particular exercise. I also deleted the 73,000 calorie data entry from the Health App on the iphone. But on my LoseIt! The iPhone app my calorie bonus that is shown yesterday is still 73,000, and even when I manually delete the calorie bonus from yesterday, it comes back when I open the app again. This is to screw up my calorie count data and turn up my expected weight target.

I don't know what to do to fix this problem. On my LoseIt! App Active Calories Bonus Settings, I have set it to automatic log exercise. "Active Calories + Workouts" from Apple Watch. I guess if I disable the Auto-Logged Exercise feature, I can fix the error from yesterday, but I don't really want to.

How do I permanently delete the 73,000 calorie bonus from going so it doesn't? I'm not coming up on my LoseIt! App data?

Thank you,
