My Vo2 chart.
I'm aware that Apple Watch doesn't have everything to compute Vo2 as a physician could and that it does calculations with what it can, but I still find this strange .

I'm overweight (112.9kg) currently working to lose track and while I work out (jogging) I try to keep my heart rate at around 160BPM. I want to say that my training level is okay because I can jog for a long time, but my legs give in before I start breaking any personal information.
