I think that would be a great way to use the phone less. As sometimes I take the phone to just check alerts and end up on 30 apps in an hour …

I use Reminders to log the routine every day Reminders are displayed on the clock, and can I mark them as complete or remind me tomorrow?

Maybe I use a pedometer ..

Also, which watch should I buy?
