I've used the training program to track workouts, it's been cool and helps keep me motivated. The problem is that I've trained to run in times and really need to hit specific intervals at certain distances. Running 200 meters, 400, 800, 1600 etc. I have to beat the times, so I use the stopwatch to see if I am in speed. The problem is that if I have a Workout app running, it replaces the Stopwatch that is running, and when I lift my arm to check the stopwatch, it has been replaced by the training that goes, UGH! Is that a trick for this? I want to "lock" the stopwatch to raise to wake up, so I can see where I'm at when I cross the finish line and don't have the bad exercise app, that's what shows when I raise the clock. Hopefully this makes sense. Thanks in advance.
