Apple often scores customer satisfaction levels for iPhone and other products like Apple Watch as being in the 90's. However, the latest ACSI report gives the Mac and iPad customer satisfaction a little lower.
In its PC category, ACSI includes desktops, laptops and tablets. Apple has come to the top spot this year with a score of 83/100, but both Samsung and Amazon almost failed to share the top score with a score of 82.
Apple also received honors last year with a score of 83 while Samsung again came second with 82. In particular, Amazon jumped from a customer satisfaction score of 79 last year to associate Samsung this year with 82.
For all brands, consumers were most pleased with desktop with an average score of 83, tablets came in others with 80, and laptops are in ACSI's PC category by 75.
ASCI interviewed 6,062 customers for this study.
