AirPlay is a super cool way that allows you to send audio from your Mac device wirelessly to another AirPlay compatible device such as HomePod, Apple TV, or a speaker connected via the port of an AirPort Express.  Despite the introduction of AirPlay 2, you are still limited to several AirPlay-enabled devices through iTunes.

Mac: How to AirPlay to Multiple Devices Through iTunes
- Burn iTunes on Your Mac.
- Touch the wireless audio icon. (This is next to your audio controls along with your current track in iTunes.)
- Touch your AirPlay compatible device. Repeat this step for all devices you want to connect to. Unlike other MacOS apps, iTunes can beam over AirPlay 2, which gives the advantage of low latency and stereo homePods.
- Give it a few seconds to connect to all devices.
