macos – Seemingly unrelated hotkeys conflicting

I got a new work laptop (old machine died) and I am trying to set up 1Passwords keyboard shortcuts. On my old machine I had the 1Passwords autofill feature connected ⌘ Command⌥ Options. Today I tried to enter it as the keyword for 1Password and was met with an error like ⌘ CommandC is already in use as a “Copy” shortcut and cannot be used by 1Password.

That’s fine, I can figure out another shortcut to use in the short term, but I’m very confused as to why ⌘ Command⌥ Options map to ⌘ CommandC. I have confirmed that this survey exists / works as it should, ⌘ Command⌥ Options copying text on my computer, but it̵

7;s a brand new computer, and I did not set up that override, so I’m very confused as to what’s going on.

Any explanations will be appreciated.
