some extra syntax for f-strings to help with debug output.
Another change for 3.8 gives pure Python features the same options for
parameters that those implemented in C already have. PEP 570 ("Python
Positive Only Parameters ") introduces new syntax that can be used in
Function definitions of denote only position
arguments parameters that cannot be transferred as keyword arguments.
