My friend and I have been engaged in similar amounts of physical activity as we are in the same camp together. We gave her the clock today, and she managed to get ~ 1200 calories and 150 workouts while I normally only manage 900 and 90 workouts. Why is it like that? I think it's because I have a lower resting heart rate, so the clock thought it was me who pushed the heart rate higher than normal, while in fact it's just her normal workout heart rate? Is that why? She also weighs around 20 kilos less than me if relevant.
