New video showing Apple's iPhone 11 design
Only two months distinguish us from the next iPhone launch, but we already have a pretty good idea of what to expect from the iPhone 11 series thanks to a variety of leaks. From the insiders' research notes to leaked CAD files and made based on these leaks, we've seen everything. And all these rumors paint the same overall picture. Apple will launch three phones this year, including the iPhone 11, 11 Max and the iPhone 11R, and they will have the same notch design as their predecessor. The only thing that changes it on the phone's rear design, as everybody gets extra cameras that dictate certain modifications. With two months to go to the iPhone 1
A few days ago, a popular YouTuber recorded a short video where he watched the iPhone 11, 11 Max and iPhone 11R dummy devices (over) circulating in the wild. But Marques Brownlee was not the only person who took his hand on these dummy devices, with MacRumors scoring his own set of iPhone 11 mockups. And they are almost identical to Brownlee, though they have different Apple loco backs.
As before, these may look like real iPhones, but they are not functional devices. They are based on the designs that accessory stores use to create products for the unpublished products – and as you can see in the clip, iPhone 11 cases already match this design.
But the iPhone 11 dummy units are still good enough to reveal the main design features of the three handsets.
As I said before, the display of the iPhone 11 phones is unchanged from the 2018 models. We have the same three sizes, including 5.8, 6.1 and 6.5 inch, and all have Face ID notes.
On the back is a square camera bump present, with three lenses on the iPhone 11 and 11 Max and a dual camera system on the iPhone 11R.
However, these dummy devices do not reflect any of the other rumors in the iPhone 11 we've seen this year. The volume buttons will look like the iPad, reports say, but it doesn't seem to be the case with these mockups. Also, the iPhone 11 was said to pack frosted glass design, a detail also missing from these dummy devices.
Then again, there is no way to confirm the authenticity of these iPhone 11 mockups, at the moment, so we will have to wait for Apple to uncover the new phones to see if all these leaks were accurate or not. While waiting, check out the MacRumors video below.
