I carry my Apple Watch 4 overnight to track my sleep quality. I also prefer to wake up to a mild wrist vibration instead of a loud sound from a regular alarm clock. But so often I wake up and my alarm never went off. I look at my watch and it is locked.
Does anyone know if it is updated overnight? Or is it another setting? How can I prevent this? I just know this will happen on the wrong day and I will end up sleeping
