As for those who favor the classics over recent and light releases, Pasithea 2 by the IOS Developer Cannathea can provide a more complete clipboard access experience, and  Pasithea has been available for a long time, but was recently released on the Packix repository with official support for iOS 11 and 12, including the A12 (X) variety handset.
As shown in the screenshot examples above, Pasithea adds a new option to the watch button on the keyboard, and pressing it displays an interface filled with the latest clipboard entries (text that you either copied or c UT). By pressing an entry, it automatically enters any text field with the cursor in it.
In addition to using the keyboard esque method, Pasithea 2 can be accessed from the original iOS action menu or from the Shortcut Control Center. Either method invokes a running story on the clipboard, allowing you to access previously copied or cut text.
