I use a series 4 for about half a year. Normally I unlock the watch so Pillow can detect my sleep, but I notice that my sleep shows very low, about 50-60%, even though I meditate before bed and do not drink alcohol or coffee after 2pm. I think it's the clock light that makes my bedrooms worse.
Today I locked my watch to see if it was getting better. I fell asleep right away and had some deep dreams. Still, the pillow has not tracked my sleep.
Has anyone experienced this? What are you doing?
