He said he has been working there for 6 years and this was his solution? I know I should have backed up my data and even warn you to back up before upgrading. I won't make that mistake again. But this employee couldn't care about my computer and my fault.

I took my computer home and I was able to retrieve all my data in a few days. It cost me about $ 100 CAD, but there were so many valuable things on my computer, my wedding photos, my childhood pictures, my work projects, just 10 years of information I've gathered. If I was someone else with less technical knowledge, I could have listened to him.
