Okay, so last week I blew the Apple Watch pretty hard to give me some wild, instant heart rate spikes (ex. 60-160 and back in seconds). I got more per hour. I was not symptomatic, but decided to consult a cardiologist and confirm no spikes that correlated with those seen on the watch.
I was about to leave my watch, but decided to give it one go. It stopped together. Strangest thing, was a light switch. Fast forward a week and I'll see spikes again. I decided to try the constant monitoring option on Cardiogram, and now it no longer spins. Any idea what's going on?
