Rogers Square a new outdoor hub for social and business events, has officially opened at the Nova Center in the Halifax center. The covered, outdoor name provides access to a new state-of-the-art Rogers store and can host concerts, festivals, markets, sports parties, business events, city events and more.
Rogers Square is located in the middle of Nova Center, Atlantic Canada's most technologically connected commercial building, and is available to organizations and community groups wishing to use the space alone or as an extension of activities hosted within the building. .
"We are proud to be an important part of the Halifax community's fabric and to provide a versatile, outdoor space that will benefit visitors and residents of Nova Center," Tom Turner , Senior Vice President, Corporate and Commercial Sales, Rogers, on a media event held Friday:
"Halifax is the place to be. Everywhere you look, our city takes off," Halifax MP Andy Fillmore said. "Now it includes Rogers Square in the heart of downtown, a place where both haligons and visitors come together to connect."
